Sun Machine is a Job Shop.  We offer a variety of services to our customers, from prototypes to small thru large production runs, Water Jet Cutting, CNC Milling and Turning, Manual Machining, and Fabrication. Our Cad drawing programs include AutoCAD 2000, Mechanical Desktop and Inventor. 

Our company was established in 1988 as a machine job shop and a hydraulic repair business in a warehouse complex on the Westside of Jacksonville, Florida. In 1990 we moved into a two building facility with 7000 square feet, close to Interstate 10 that is convenient for receiving materials and shipping of our products. We are proud to announce that we have recently completed construction of an additional climate controlled, 5000 square foot building. 

We are currently certified as ASME NAQ -Level 1 Subcontractor and currently in the process of establishing our own Quality Assurance Program. Our goal is to have this completed in the coming year. We use QA guidelines in our record keeping and our manufacturing processes.

We have set high standards for quality and workmanship of our machined products. We are very conscientious of the reliability of the finished product being sent to our customers. We have various inspections through out the production to assure that our customers receive a product that not only is accurate, but one that he can depend on as being to his specifications.
